Free UK delivery on most of our products.
Products that are not eligible for free shipping have the following delivery costs:
UK delivery - £15 for small frames, £50 for large frames
Rest of the world - £30 for prints, £100 for small frames, £200 for large frames
Most unframed prints are hand rolled and shipped in a postal tube, smaller prints may be sent in an envelope.
We aim to dispatch unframed prints within 7 working days of receiving your order but on occasion, it may take longer. We’ll keep you informed by email on the progress of your order.
UK Royal Mail or Courier - 3-5 Working Days
EU Air Mail - 5-10 Working days
Worldwide Air Mail - 10-15 Working Days
Import Taxes
If you are shipping internationally, please bear in mind that you may be liable for import duties and VAT, except if the shipment remains within the EU. Intra-EU shipments are not subject to import taxes.
Artworks are usually subject to import VAT at a reduced rate. Check with your local tax authority for more details. Import taxes are collected by the shipping company at the time the package clears customs. J White Framing is not involved in calculating or collecting import taxes.
Once you receive your purchase, you have 14 days to return it if you are not happy with your purchase. Provided the artwork is still in the same condition, we will refund you fully, although it is your responsibility to cover return postage. If you would like to return a purchase, please contact us first at info@jwhiteframing.com.
Our returns policy excludes items that are hand-made to order, such as artwork that has been custom framed, or commissioned pieces. These cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
